Nestled within 74 acres of scenic beauty, Historic Edgefield offers a diverse range of entertainment and leisure activities. Directions on How to Get to Edgefield
Directions from Longview, Woodland, La Center, or Ridgefield area?
If you’re coming from the Longview, Woodland, La Center, or Ridgefield area, getting to Edgefield is a straightforward drive. Start by heading south on I-5. This major interstate will be your primary route, taking you through beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery.
After a while on I-5 South, you’ll need to keep right at the fork to continue on I-205 South. This will be well signposted, so keep an eye out for signs for Salem/NE 134th St. Drive South on I-205 for 14.7 miles, during this section you will cross the river into Oregon.
Next, you’ll use the right two lanes to take exit 22, which will merge you onto I-84 East/US-30 East. This will be your route towards The Dalles. After about 7 miles on I-84 East/US-30 East, take exit 16 for 238th Dr toward Wood Village.
Once you’ve taken the exit, you’re in the home stretch. Turn right onto NE 238th Dr, then take a left at the first cross street onto NE Halsey St. A short drive down Halsey St and you’ll arrive at your destination: the historic and entertaining Edgefield. Enjoy your visit!
Coming from the Portland, Hillsboro, or Beaverton area?
If you’re coming from the Portland, Hillsboro, or Beaverton area, reaching Edgefield is a breeze. Here’s a simple guide to help you navigate your way.
Begin your journey by getting onto OR-217 North. From Beaverton, you can do this by heading north on SW Hall Blvd, turning right onto SW Canyon Rd, and then taking a left to merge onto OR-217 North.
Next, you’ll need to take US-26 East and I-84 East/US-30 East. To do this, merge onto OR-217 North, take the US-26 East exit towards Portland, and keep left to merge onto US-26 East. Then, take the Salem exit to merge onto I-405 South.
Continue your journey by merging onto I-5 North. Use the right two lanes to take exit 300 for I-84 East/US-30 East towards Portland Airport/The Dalles. Continue onto I-84 East/US-30 East.
After a while on I-84 East/US-30 East, take exit 16 for 238th Dr towards Wood Village. Once you’ve taken the exit, you’re almost there. Turn right onto NE 238th Dr, then take a left at the first cross street onto NE Halsey St. Drive down Halsey St and you’ll arrive at Edgefield.
Coming from Downtown Vancouver?
If you’re coming from Vancouver, WA, the journey to Edgefield is a scenic drive that’s easy to navigate. Here’s a simple guide to help you on your way.
Start your trip by getting onto WA-14 East. From downtown Vancouver, you can do this by heading west towards Washington St, turning left onto Washington St, and then using the left lane to take the WA-14 East ramp.
Once you’re on WA-14 East, you’ll follow this route, I-205 South, and I-84 East/US-30 East to NE 238th Dr in Wood Village. Continue onto WA-14 East for about 5.2 miles, then take exit 6 to merge onto I-205 South towards Salem. You’ll be entering Oregon at this point, so get ready to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Beaver State.
Next, use the right two lanes to take exit 22 to merge onto I-84 East/US-30 East towards The Dalles. After about 7 miles on I-84 East/US-30 East, take exit 16 for 238th Dr towards Wood Village.

What should you bring with you?
For a smooth and enjoyable experience at Edgefield concerts, it’s best to travel light. If you can, we recommend leaving your bag at home. But if you need to bring one, make sure it’s either a clear bag (plastic, vinyl, or PVC) that doesn’t exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, or a clear backpack with no more than two pockets.
If you’re bringing a non-clear purse, clutch, wallet, or fanny pack, it should be no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″. Any bags that don’t meet these guidelines will need to be returned to your vehicle.
Lawn chairs are also permitted as long as they are single size, low-profile chairs that are no more than 8 inches off the ground and 32 inches tall.
Stay hydrated by bringing an empty water bottle fill up. You’ll find filtered water stations inside and just outside the venue.
A few other items we suggest you bring if you can:
- non-aerosol sunscreen
- Smartphone
- Wallet
- A few pairs of earplugs
- Sunglasses
- Binoculars
- Beach towels (up to 30″ x 70″)
