So with my daughters in tow for support, we headed to Dick Hannah. Jesse Morris came out to greet us as soon as we got out of our car. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at. I have purchased many vehicles in my life time but never a brand new vehicle. So I went in determined to not make friends but to get a great deal on a Camry. I am disabled an I had trouble getting into the Camry. I then saw the RAV 4 an sat down in it an it just felt right. Jesse Morris is great at his job. My Husband of 35 years passed away in December of 2011 and his name was Morris. So once we saw Jesse's last name we knew this purchase was right. Good Experience I haven't had to purchase a new car for 18 years and, quite frankly, dreaded the thought. I did my research, narrowed it down to 3 specific 4Runners and went to the farthest one from my home first, which happened to be Dick Hannah in Kelso, Washington. I live in Portland so it's a good 40 minutes away. Regardless, I bought the only 4Runner I looked at from Jordan at Dick Hannah, Kelso. Of course the 4Runner was well worth the price but Jordan was a good dude too. He's personable, not pushy and just the kind of guy you want to root for. He made the experience comfortable, I'm very happy with the 4Runner so the trip and time were well worth it. I'll definitely recommend Dick Hannah of Kelso and Jordan to my friends and will make sure they know the drive from Portland is worth it.

5000 Mile Service I had the 5000 Mile Service performed on my 2013 Toyota Matrix on May 07, 2014. Customer Service and Friendliness were integral and key in the service afforded me. Justin Renteria [my Service Writer] offered to provide Shuttle Service to McDonald's while Service was being performed on my vehicle. Wayne [my Shuttle Driver] dropped us off at and picked us up from McDonald's in a timely fashion. On the return trip to Dick Hannah, he "showed us" how to return to I-5 Northbound. Upon returning from McDonald's, Justin promptly greeted us, and explained the nuances of the 5000 Mile Service. He answered all of my questions, in a friendly, courteous, efficient, and unflappable fashion. He indicated that there would be no cost, as the service was covered under warranty. We spoke about my vehicle, specifically the color, and discussed whether or not I might be able to acquire another Matrix when/if necessary. At no point did I feel as if I was being "ushered out" to make
