For more than 30 years in the automotive industry, I have had the privilege of witnessing tremendous change and growth, both within the business and throughout my own career. Throughout that journey, one principle has remained constant: an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. It is the foundation of our culture and the standard that guides every interaction with our guests.

Like many Pacific Northwest natives, my roots run deep in this region. I was born in a small town in Northern Idaho and have spent my life in the Northwest alongside my wife, Leighanne, and our children, Cole, Amanda, and Zack. Outside of work, our family enjoys rodeo, football, water sports, and traveling to warm, sunny destinations for a brief escape from the Northwest’s well-known rainy season.

While my background may reflect many of the qualities associated with life in the Pacific Northwest, there is nothing ordinary about coming to work each day at Dick Hannah Toyota.
