  • Ryan Baker was very knowledgeable about the cars and professional in handling the deal. Understood our needs, didn’t pressure us, provided a reasonable timeline for the deal. As the paperwork was being processed he kept us informed and answered our questions. A very pleasant experience. We had been shopped around including a meeting with Ryan, to decided exactly what we wanted. We chose to specifically go back to Ryan because of his professionalism, understanding of our needs and knowledge of the car he was selling. We appreciated his sense of humor and have already asked him to locate a second vehicle. Serge in finance was excellent. Financing isn’t pleasant but he did an excellent job. Very appreciative.

  • Last Saturday, February 6th, my older car decided to die. My daughter and I went to Dick Hannah in Kelso just to look around. We were met by an extremely professional salesperson named Nick Sisson who showed us an available Kia Sorento. He discussed the amenities of the car while showing us the vehicle and a short while later I left with my new Sorento. Honesty and integrity are so rare I felt compelled to review this process and would unconditionally recommend this dealership and in particular this salesman.

  • Just bought a Kia Soul from this dealership, and even though they didn’t have the color I wanted (yellow), they tracked it down and made sure it had all the options I wanted. Chucky is the best car salesman I’ve worked with, as well as being an amazing human being - he’s just an all around good guy. Chucky and Mark both made the process as simple as buying a new car can be. Thanks guys - I’ll be back and recommend you to anyone looking for a new or used car. And they have great coffee!
  • When my husband and I came to look at cars, we really did not intend to buy on that day. Jordan met us with a friendly smile and directed us to some of the cars that we thought we might have an interest in. He did so without being pushy; he let us take our time to look the lot over. Because of his demeanor and his assistance we left with a new 2013 Rav on that day. If we had been pressured or given a "sales pitch" we would not have made a purchase. The Rav sells itself, but it was Jordan who pushed it over the top. Our car has been admired by many of our friends, and we have told them how fairly Dick Hannah Toyota has treated us over the years. This is my 4th Toyota, and probably not my last.

  • My Husband David and I came into the Dick Hannah Toyota Dealership a little nervous due to a previous experience a couple years ago while purchasing our first Toyota...We had been Honda Die hards for years..I did quite a bit of research before going in on Sunday Sept 1st. We had hoped to upgrade to a Camry from a Corolla IF we felt we were being treated fairly and respectfully. We were also trading in our 2011 Corolla so it depended on what type of offer we received on our trade in also whether or not we completed the upgrade... We were met right away by Sandra McMillin..She was VERY friendly and professional to us both...I shared with her right up front about our previous bad experience at another dealership and that we wouldn’t let that happen again...I told her what we were looking for and she had one just like it that she showed us and let us take a test drive. We both felt very comfortable with Sandra from the very beginning..She was not pushy or dishonest with us. She said she was going to take very good care of us, and SHE DID! After driving the car, we were allowed to take it to lunch and talk over what we felt was going to be a positive transaction from Sandra and the Dealership..Upon returning we were given a quote for our trade in value...Since there were 2 minor scratches on both the front bumper and rear bumper (from bumping the curb while parking) I knew we probably wouldn’t get top dollar...They were fair with our trade in so we accepted thier offer and bought the car the same day...We are VERY happy with our upgrade and I’m soooooo glad Sandra McMillin greeted us that warm beautiful day in Kelso, Wa...She is a great access to the Dick Hannah Dealership...I know we will receive top quality customer service for the rest of our Camry’s life...THANK YOU all for a GREAT experience to replace the previous not so great one.
  • Sandra McMillin was my sales specialist. She was awesome! She was very attentive and caring, she was helpful and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision. I was afraid to go to a dealership because you always hear horror stories, but this was nothing like that. I started my communication with Sandra on Wednesday through chat she was so sweet she gave me her number then I texted her all the way till I got to the dealership. Even after making the sale she called me the next day to see if I made it home safe!! I would defiantly recommend her to any of my friends! Thank you Sandra for making our first time buying a car so stress free and enjoyable!
  • I don’t know so much about the dealership but I do know about Josh Hammil, the salesman that I dealt with when looking for a vehicle. Josh was very friendly, listened to my vehicle needs and wants, and was NOT pushy at all which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend Josh for all your vehicle shopping needs (even if he were to ever end up working at another dealership...follow him) he will earn your trust and respect, as he has certainly earned mine! I think you are fabulous Josh!! You are down-to-earth, easy to get along with, and I felt you were honest with me too. These are qualities that every salesperson should have.

  • I was very impressed with the quality of knowledge of the product. I was treated with the utmost respect from my salesman and managers. It was extremely busy in the dealership and they still gave me number one quality. The sales managers even came out to make sure I was happy! I will make sure that Rob gets a lot of repeat referrals from me.

  • We had a great experience purchasing our new Tacoma from these guys. They were polite and professional, there was no pressure, and their price was excellent. Our salesman, Nick Nordquist, was great to work with, and his after-the-sale follow-up has been very impressive. Check them out, for us it was well worth our trip from Olympia.

  • Vance worked very hard to make things work for us. he was able to work things out to take in our Rav4 and our Dodge van to get into a Chrysler 2009 van. We really are grateful for this as my husband and I have back problems. The van is working out very well, we went to Portland and were able to walk after the trip. We could not have done this with out all your help, a great thanks to Vance!
  • Marcus at Dick Hannah was very kind and knowledgeable about the Toyota Tundra I was interested in. He encouraged me to drive multiple Tundras to see differences in features and performance. Dick Hannah not only met all other offers but they beat the best offer I had gotten. The terms and discussions were actually very stress free, I never felt pressured into anything. Everything was explained very clearly and presented to me in writing. I honestly don’t know how this experience could have been any better. I would strongly suggest shopping around and then making a purchase at Dick Hannah Toyota.
